Total volume was 173,242,000 shares, which was 49.1 percent of KSE All share volume and 117.15 percent of KSE 100 volume. The KSE All Share volume was 352,804,780 and KSE 100 volume was 147,882,910 shares.

BR Commercial Banks Index closed at 10,588.89 with a net positive change of 113.46 points or a percentage change of 1.08 and a total turnover of 78,446,800. BR Cement Index closed at 9,282.27 with a net positive change of 68.58 points or a percentage change of 0.74 and a total turnover of 22,071,050.

BR Oil and Gas Index closed at 5,385.66 with a net positive change of 151.54 points or a percentage change of 2.9 and a total turnover of 21,781,890. BR Tech & Comm Index closed at 1,628.05 with a net negative change of -5.79 points or a percentage change of -0.35 and a total turnover of 15,146,000. BR Power Generation and Distribution Index closed at 7,825.41 with a net negative change of -65.95 points or a percentage change of -0.84 and a total turnover of 14,427,400.
